Delivery

Inside Dhaka 2-3 days and Outside Dhaka 3-5 days.
You can place an order on the website and enter your address during checkout. We provide nationwide cash on delivery services. After you place an order, a customer service representative will call you within 24 hours to confirm your order(s).
Please make sure to answer the call and confirm the order. Alternatively, you can also confirm the order yourself by calling us at +8801805550600. Your order will now be proceeding and you will receive the tracking number. A representative of FSB will make sure you will get your product.

Return

Customers must report any size issue, defect, or blemish within 3 days of delivery. Faulty items must be returned to the Elinbd Customer Service Team within this period for evaluation. No cash refunds will be provided. If a product is faulty, the customer will receive online credit to choose a similar product of the same or higher value.

Products purchased online can be exchanged online only. Once an item is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.

If product quality is compromised or discoloration occurs within 7 days, the customer must notify Customer Service. All exchange or return issues must be resolved within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no requests will be accepted.

Customers should check the product at delivery and request on-spot return if they find a faulty item or size issue.

Discounted items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (DHAKA METRO ONLY)

Order before 11:00 AM.
Order must be confirmed by Customer Service by 12:00 PM.
Delivery within 6 hours after dispatch.
Express delivery charge: TK 200.
Accessories require full advance payment.
Coverage area: Dhaka Metropolitan area.
